Seat belt
Found this unique sign in Tonami, a small city that is known for an annual tulip festival. The sign itself tells drivers to wear seat belts (it is put up near a signal so that drivers who stop at the signal would notice it). You may find this tulip-like mascot in the public signs throughout the region that has one of the largest production of tulip bulbs in Japan.
I also found a sign in a park nearby that is called Tulip Park. And a few more photos I took in the park in the extras.
