Cruise :: Day 10 :: Thomas Bay

Got off the ship twice again today. First was on a skiff trip around the bay. In the afternoon I did a 4 hour walk into the local forest.

Didn't see anything more interesting than a red squirrel but there was evidence of resent bear and moose activity along the path.

This shots shows the activity at the rear of the ship when we're at anchor. There is a useful fantail where kayaks and paddleboards are launched and retrieved. On the left you can see one of the skiffs.
