so after a whole day of sitting at a desk, I fancied a run or a walk or something. so me 'n bee decided to try the next 10k route we're doing for kayleigh's wee stars in 2 weeks. we tried to run up barra hill but didn't get very far, we were knackered just walking it - and the cows were nae happy we were there. but we ran the rest of the way. it was raining but really lovely and we were surrounded by oil seed rape on both sides at one point. no sign of hayfever...yet. tom came out later with a bag of fine pieces for the kids.
