Ground Floor, after.

Here you can see a few photo's of what the ground floor living space looks like after our renovation work.
Oak flooring with under-floor heating features through-out, so nice and cosy when the long Highland winter eventually kicks in.
If you scroll through the extra photo's you can just make out the pink sand-stone wall (left side of the living area pictures).

The wooden vaulted ceiling in the kitchen is all original, and we cured the dark problem by installing floor to ceiling bi-fold doors, letting the light and the wonderful view across the Moray Firth in.
