Tree Paoenia

This plant was given to M about 3 years ago and this is the first time it has flowered. The bloom is about the size of a small tea plate. There are 2 other buds yet to open and these are about the size of golf balls. Not the best of shots, but with strong winds forecast the plant has been heavily staked.
