Thank you

I received this card in the post today from my Dad. It was hand written by him thanking us for going to Newcastle for a surprise early birthday present for him. I have never received a hand written card from my Dad before. I have no doubt that my Mum asked him to do it (she is the most organised person I have ever met, and I know a lot of very organised people!), but it still really touched me and brought tears to my eyes.
We wouldn't have missed this birthday surprise for the world; it was a pleasure visiting you at home, Dad.
