Breakfast....
I'm trying to avoid the breakfast offerings at work. There are healthy options but by the time I get there and there's bacon being cooked and the like, I succumb to yet another 'bacon buttie.' So I've been taking in my own. Here's an example. The pot contains some low fat lemon curd yogurt, some oats and blueberries. If you make it the night before and leave it in the fridge, the oats soak some of the moisture from the yogurt and fruit so you're not actually eating spoonfuls of dried oats. Then I made up a fruit salad of pink grapefruit, more blueberries and grapes. It's surprisingly filling and there must be some goodness in there as well.
