GLAMOUROUS RABBLE

Got to work twenty minutes late this morning - the 95 bus got stuck behind this lot waddling the mile up rue du Trône & then Av. de la Couronne.

Don't know what this is all about, but this troupe of Belgian cavalry do this parade once a year from the royal palace to their barracks in Etterbeek.

CC with his sore finger wrapped up & swathed in masking tape (extra) has been moaning on about the fact that his beloved is abandoning him to the mercies of her parents this evening - they're not the easiest of couples & they're currently stuck in Brussels due to French rail strikes.

Ho hum...

Cécile is back from Tuscany tomorrow - yay!
