I am nuts about recycling

I can understand (to some extend) that the council would like to save some money. So, they have comunal recycling bins instead of the weekly collection of boxes. To some extend I prefer it as we don't have the boxes inside anymore. I would help if the council actually came round to collect the stuff. See also other related recent rant about the council saving money on stair lighting. Well, I might get the wrong end of the stick and someone had a big party recently...
