Too hot mama .....

It was very warm today.  I had my final 20 mile training run.  My good running buddy George came with me for 13 miles.  Felt not too bad until we ran out of water at around 18 miles.  Then it got ugly.  There was lots of complaining, there was light headedness, there was panic and there was chaffing, a lot of chaffing.  But made it.  Hope its not too hot on the day.  The dogs too were a bit puggled in this heat.  Long may it continue.
