10k View

2 hours waiting this morning to replace a couple of tyres.  Housekeeping at the Newport depot is not great and it’s about the third puncture I’ve had now from nails/screws being left around the yard.

An afternoon down in Swansea then posting our posters for the walk in 2 weeks’ time.  Thanks to my friend Victoria for helping me out.

So this is the scene at the end of the 10k route.  Not a bad view hey?
