Guimaraes cable-car to sanctuary ❤️

.....We had a day off ....No organised day out in Portugal today. We have watched a cable car from our hotel room over the last few days. A drier day is forecast so we wait until the clouds/fog lift off over the hills before setting off in search of the cable car station. On the way up we see a large number of huge "house-sized" boulders littering the landscape, we find no one at the top, the weather this week must have put tourists off visiting. After returning to Guimaraes we visit the castle that is in the middle of renovating, plus the Dukes Palace ❤️
