Another Place to play

Went down to Liverpool for a long weekend with the Weller and James families. After checking into our hostel, we headed out to Crosby beach to see the Antony Gormley iron figures.

Very striking, though the lads are decidedly unimpressed by the rusty nudity on display. Turns out to be a great spot for a walk on the beach with an ice cream, though.

In the evening, we all went out to get something to eat in Liverpool One - managing to get so engrossed in wine and pizza that we missed the free outdoor concert where Macca was rumoured to be appearing.
