Self portrait

Taken out of necessity this morning, because there is to be a profile feature in a local magazine about me and my photography which is exciting while (and feels quite odd), and reasonably enough they asked for a photo to go with the piece, with reassurances that 'it'll be small'! I didn't have one that wasn't at least a bit out of date, so I took this one this morning while the light in the hall was good. Expert self-portraitists may quickly spot the 'holding the camera at arm's length while trying to look as if you're not' position here.
