ages and stages

I was going to entitle this "variety," but then I realized these little crab apples are all the same variety of fruit.
What really gives this blip color and beauty is that the apples are in different stages of maturity.
And isn't that a good way to look at those around us - we are all the same variety, just at different stages! So don't get crabby, enjoy those colorful characters in your life :-)
