Out of Africa

D returned from Kigali this morning on an overnight flight via Entebbe and Amsterdam. He brought lots of tea and coffee including these beans which  promise "dark chocolate, spice and a hint of luscious fruit" and are "beyond Fair Trade" (I am currently researching the claims by Pact coffee which say their system of "Direct Trade" is superior to Fairtrade and pays the producer more money).
