Stop Press....

A stop start kind of day.The lads arrived next door to start grading the farm road to see if it could be made a bit better than the current bomb crater effect at the moment.
Started to cart bullocks down the road to a field. First off old Bill ended up on his back when one of them knocked him over. Then my old collie got kicked in the head and knocked out . I thought she was dead, but she eventually recovered, and by the next load she was barking away again.
Then the agronomist came in to see about spraying and collect this months cheque. Followed by Lothian Tractors rep with a price for a tedder. After a bit of discussion and haggling I got him down a bit. Deal done.
By the time I got the 4th load of cattle down it was late afternoon, and raining.
Mrs F has had to put a bucket on top of a wardrobe as the roof now leaking,so guess what tomorrow's job will be.
This was in a bucket in the workshop. Think they were printing blocks for a newspaper advert, which were in a job lot at a farm sale many moons ago.
