ACTUAL NEW HOUSE PLANS!!

After demolition of our house by earthquakes, followed by big diggers, we have finally got to the new plans stage of the replacement house. Very exciting.
Is absorbing a lot of time and energy and creative input in the wee small hours. 4am seems to be the time when thoughts start pouring in, to be forgotten by 6 am when they might be useful!!
