The Great Cascade, Hestercombe Gardens

Was taken to the Hestercombe gardens today by a friend - managed to avoid the rain but the wind wasn't much fun.  All the original settings, walls, steps, water features etc. were there in great condition but showed the lack of money available for the gardeners for they had to use plants such as forget-me-nots and wild flowers in the formal planting
