Rogue Dock?

This boat was anchored below the Hawthorne Bridge, seemingly with its own dock that was unconnected to the land. It was flying a pirate flag and the lawyer in me is wondering about all the ways this might or might not be legal, but it adds to the concept of floating homes, of which we already have many in this town.

Meanwhile, I went on another job interview and met up with former colleagues for a drink and that was about all of my day. As I have learned, whether a job is good or bad, it provides a lot of socializing through the day and I miss that. Thanks folks, for coming out with me!
