Droopy

We all like to feel appreciated at times and whilst we don't expect to get flowers on a regular basis it is nice to have that recognition. My colleague received these on Monday from a grateful family member for the help she gave with sorting out an issue - I know it was her job, but we all like to get that affirmation that we're doing well. As you can see, our office is quite warm, so the heat is not helping the roses keep their heads - all looking a bit droopy ......

WI tonight - resolution discussion, well that's an evening I'll never get back. It wasn't the company, just the 2 resolutions we had to vote on were, as one member put it, "too woolly and wishy-washy" - food waste was one and dementia carers in hospital the other. Didn't stir much of a debate. That's that done for another year. :)
