Three Cheese Baked Ziti

I tried out a new recipe this evening for baked ziti, and let me tell you...it was great. Easily the most delicious ziti recipe I have ever tasted. Specifically, it is called "Baked Ziti with Two Mozzarellas and Parmesan Cream Sauce" and it is just a mountain of cheesy, saucy pasta-y goodness...even when a large chunk of the fresh mozzarella that was intended for this dish somehow mysteriously vanished in the few days just prior to cooking.
A key difference in this ziti dish is that the creator omitted the usual ricotta cheese which some people find to be an unsettling and distasteful texture. In its place is an indulgent Parmigiano-Reggiano cream sauce which is drizzled over the finished product and topped with fresh basil leaves just before serving.
