The breakfast routine this week has been banana and blueberry smoothies with chia seeds and skyr.
(Not my creations....my daughters current obsession is blended health foods)

On a Friday, I like to return to the traditional haggis and egg on a morning roll from the dockyard canteen. With a mug of builders tea.
