Greetings from Dargaville!
who needs to mow lawns
when you have some friendly sheep
bonus of some wool
Spotted an old church sitting in a paddock (see the xtras)as we were driving into Dargaville tonight...Ian obliged with a small detour. But the bonus was this old house beside the road with the small flock of sheep keeping the lawns down.
We have had a great first day of our "roadie" with 10 year old Aidan. Thought you would enjoy the pic he took of the two of us at Warkworth waiting for our coffee. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Kauri Museum at Matakohe, a must for anyone visiting the north. A real history of early NZ in the north. Thanks for all your comments and stars for yesterday, not much time at the moment but will catch up.
