Take the high path.

This morning H and i went to Morrisons,Lidls and poundland then we went for a coffee.H had a wrap and i declined as i am trying to lose a few pounds.this afternoon i went for a walk up to Highbarrow and took the coast path around to Tye Rock .it is cloudy and mild here today.
