Allium You Need Is Love....

Elsewhere in this journal, I have mentioned my love of lilies. The colours, the shape, the smell....everything about them brings joy to my shrivelled heart!

The loveliest thing though, is an unexpected bunch of them.....delivered to work in a froth of crimson tissue and cellophane, with a little note that reads, quite simply, 'I love you'.


But until that ever happens, I shall continue buying them myself, half price at Waitrose.

Bargain, eh!
