Grass vacuum

Never have I ever seen such a small lawn mower, or one that plugs into a wall. Was told that it's called a "flyer" and it's supposed to glide over the grass. Looks more like a grass vacuum to me, but then again I come from the land of football field sized lawns with sit down mowers.
