hot chocolate - Bariloche style

The area is famous for chocolate. Chocolatiers being among the immigrants in previous generations. however, the Argentine taste is for SUGAR with their chocolate, or should I say chocolate with their sugar?!!
My last day in Bariloche, drank this before running for the bus to the airport, and the 2 hour flight back to BsAs.
