Rose in the Rain

Took my lens baby out into the garden for a walk tonight and captured Aotearoa  just after the rain. I had a very unusual sensation in my chest last night but I am putting that down to the 16 chicken wings I had for dinner last night. Another run with the Run Timaru group and ran  just over 7k this morning and felt good noticing some big improvements both in myself and the rest of the group who are responding well to my coaching. I think I need a new belt again as the one I now have does not have enough holes in it.
