Patong Beach

We spent most of the day on the beach. The cloud cover made it very pleasant and we enjoyed watching the huge waves roll in.

It's not a beach that you can swim in, Martin did have a go. He's a very experienced sea swimmer but found it quite challenging and didn't stay in long.

Enjoyed another lovely relaxing aromatherapy massage at the spa in our hotel, just perfect. My shoulders are so stiff and thankfully the lady was able to spend some more time on them.

Back out to the beach for happy hour and to watch the sunset where I shot this pic. That tree was perfectly placed for us and made a great subject.
