Jephson Memorial

Having commented on one of DavidC's blips that we don't celebrate engineering or engineers enough in this country, we came across a new piece in the gardens highlighting the achievements of William de Normanville, who was the Borough Engineer in Leamington before WW1 and brought about many of the improvements still in use today .... he's in the extra.  I'll go back when I have more time and make a better image, more in line with the care he took over his work!
