I went to work early to meet up with a guy who is going to do some work for us. I decided to try the charging bay which has a in-between charging time. It is brand new and is strictly for charging el-cars. The owner is supposed to move them immediately when the car is fully charged. When I came to have a look this one was standing there. Very disrespectful of him! 
The funny thing was that the guy canceled and I wanted to go home, but I could not disconnect the car, it was locked in until fully charged, so I "had" to go and work. At least I got something done in the three hours it took.
