Busy day left Skye after enjoyable week long reunion at my houses with colleagues and their wives from 40 years ago.Broke the journey for the matinee in Inverness of Scottish Opera's take on The Mikado.Enjoyabke but hugely irritating in places to a traditionalist like myself when the director made it a pantomime ,thus spoilling some of Sullivan's finest music.Great orchestral playing,and costumes .Homevto a garden sprouting tulips, rhododendron ,and trees in leaf.this one a favourite by the burn then the top lawn .
