no pain

no gain and all that B******s..
Alex has started trying to get fit again..

hes lapsed a while (12 weeks) and has been very 'down beat'
today the old Alex was resurrected..all be it briefly..

we both have stinking colds..though hes nearly out of snot~im not!
gotta love summer colds!
