Busy Sunday

We survived the night with the four grandchildren. Their parents had a well earned break. They slept until 6.30 which was pretty good. We didn't have any bread for toast as we aren't buying it much anymore so we had to put on our thinking caps. I only eat cereal for breakfast so was caught short. I know they eat pancakes for special occasions and I have made crepes plenty of times so found a recipe for American Pancakes which is similar but uses less milk and S/R four. They were a hit.

Anyway we had a pretty busy day and luckily I took this blip in the kitchen after lunch just so I would have something to upload this evening.
