Baking Day

Made the effort to do a batch of baking today.
I usually do plenty while I have all the utensils out, it is not much more trouble, then there is some for the family and some to go in the freezer. The large tin is home-made Apricot Jam and Almond Tart, the round tin is home-made Black Cherry Jam and Coconut and the loaf tin is Crunchy Date Bars.
