An historic day for Edinburgh, and Leith. I'm not a football supporter but if I was it would be the Dons and the Hibs. Couldn't be anything else with a dad who grew up in Albion Rd and who was at a Hibs-Hearts match when I was born.

But earlier, I had a day tidying and reclaiming kitchen cupboards and washing and moving from winter to summer. I spent awhile at Straiton as the rain battered down.

Then to Pomegranate for #2 son's birthday meal. He gave me a bouquet of flowers, aaahh! Outside the Hibs fans were celebrating but we were having our own celebration.
