Queen Victoria Dinner 13/8/1852

A lovely trip down to Peebles with MC today where we spotted this menu card from Osborne House, where Queen Victoria was dining on the 13th August 1852.

It's mainly in French and with such 'frilly' writing it's hard to make most of it out but let's just say it was a very hearty meal indeed!
