Cuckoo!

It was a long way off and I wasn't quite sure if it was her, but anyone who has ever tried to photo a cuckoo knows how elusive they are! Pleased to have got it.
Was looking for the Osprey but she was sitting tight on this nest.
A day of very hot sun, thunder and somewhere torrential rain. I was lucky and got a great walk in the dry, then went to the lochans and found the first Four Spotted Chasers and, even better, three White Faced Darters emerging. One as the extra.
