Going out

Not having left our little valley for a week, today was the day to bravely venture forth. First of all off to the market in Les Vans for an eclectic mix of olive products and vegetable plants before heading off to Lidl for a staples shop. always a treat.Then running back up to the safety of the hills and a fair bit more digging and planting.
Having failed last night, we had booked in to the local restaurant, auberge, bar or whatever else you might like to call it. As you can see, it wasn't too busy when we arrived although it did fill somewhat before we left a few hours latter replete on a variety of good fare. Things not looking good for tomorrow's weigh-in after the triumphs of losing 0.2 lb this morning!
