Birthday present.

Swannie had to go into work today to do some training, but it was only for an hour and she was back to see me.  Her friend appeared a wee while later and took her out for a belated birthday lunch.  They went to a cafe just outside Selkirk called the Waterwheel and after a lovely lunch, they went for a walk to see a working Archimedes Screw hydro turbine.  The camera had been left at home, though, so no photos to blip!

Swannie got a great birthday present which she absolutely loves.  I think this one will get used a lot.  ** see extra for the detail without the lens cap.
