Had To Happen

Arrived today to find the first 'broken' bit of kit that I couldn't fix.
Initially it looked as though the 440V>48V transformer had burnt out.
It had but that was only the tip of the iceberg, once the power block chassis had been pulled out of its housing the full extent of the damage became apparent.
Scorched wiring, a burnt and damaged relay, cables with insulation damage and fastenings missing.
A multitude of possible causes but not cheap to put right!!
