A "Tourists' Eagle"

I heard a loud mewing while I was indoors at the computer. No, not Tibbles but the unmistakeable call of a buzzard. Grabbing the camera, that luckily had the 400mm on, I stumbled out of the back door fumbling with settings. Sure enough a buzzard was swooping low over a snoozing MrQ.

It was exciting, I hadn't time to compose myself and the aspect was wrong. I grabbed a few shots before the big bird soared over the ash tree and away. I know my Windows sliders processing isn't natural-looking but my image was a bit rubbish so I've gone for the striking impression of that bird of prey overhead.
