Wheathamstead 10k

Wow, that was tough! All off road, quite hilly, very uneven underfoot at times and pretty warm. The course was very picturesque but that was little consolation as I struggled badly with jelly-legs for the final 4K. Here I am forming part of a trio of St Albans Striders (captured by Tony Barr), already not looking great having run less than 1km at the time!
