mountain flower

had a trip out with the photo club this afternoon visiting the lovely village of Camelas . We then walked up to the little chapel of St Martin, which I've photographed from a distance many times, as I can see it from my balcony, but never climbed up to before.  It sits quite high up on a hill but luckily I was in vehicle that could drive most of the way on the dirt track 'fire roads' , which my car wouldn't have been able to. It was swelteringly hot day so even the shorter walk was enough for me!  Afterwards had a very quick turn around before going out to dinner hence this is being put on very belatedly.
