Birthday pavlova

Hubby's birthday today. Decided to make a pavlova instead of a cake is he is rather partial to it as a desert. And very tasty it is too - even though I shouldn't boast at my own cooking!

I also had a lovely day earlier having lunch with my best friend in Castle Douglas. Been an all round fab day really.... Off now to watch a film of hubby's choice.
