Fruit and vegetable arranging classes

For our meeting tonight, we have been asked to pick a scientist and create something linked to him.
I had thought of Sir Isaac Newton and apples, or Gregor Mendel and peas.
However, I decided to choose John Dalton.
As well as his work on atomic theory, Dalton is known for his research into colour blindness and Daltonism became a common term for colour blindness..
My effort is an attempt to recreate something resembling one of the tests used to detect colour blindness!!
