Another milestone reached and I still enjoy taking a photo a day as much as I did when I first started my journey on Blipfoto.  The variety of photos and the many wonderful people make this site very special.
 
Thank you all for the time you take to visit my journal, the many stars and hearts you have given along the way. Most of all, I want to thank you for being there and understanding when I’m unable to comment and only have time to sprinkle hearts and stars.
 
Today’s photo was taken as we walked along the beach near Woodend, Christchurch, NZ. What a surprise to see local jockeys using the sand and sea for training their horses.
 
Rain meant no sunrise photos, but a walk on the beach was still a ‘must do’ and enjoyed, followed by visits to the Kaiapoi lakes and Travis Wetlands.
The weather is cold and showery. Winter and snow have arrived, but we are still enjoying our brief visit to Christchurch.
