WHAT IS THIS?

What on earth is this? I found this really unusual and it just had to be my blip for today, do hope you like it. A really beautiful day walked my four mile walk on the canal and the the magnificent seven are all still safe and well.
Just getting ready to go to the Care Home for Andrew's six monthly assessment.
