sun, sun, too much sun!!

I wouldn't complain about the sun if I could be out in it! Instead I spent the day in a baking office with a flagging team losing the will to do anything!!


but then I somehow found the inspiration to make a triumphant return to power hoop class after missing the past 3 weeks! We did the cool down to Time To Say Goodbye by Il Divo which I found hilarious! (the heat has made me lose my mind!)
